MONOPOSTO “Retro” Formula One Chassis
Designed by Ralph Parker and engineered by AB Slotsport, the “Monoposto” chassis is suitable for fitting under the majority of pre ‘60’s Formula One cars.
The chassis is designed to take the majority of “Scalex” type motors including Ninco NC2, Mabuchi S type and Falcon motors.
Wheelbase has a 6 way adjustment for length utilising the reversible, optional axle location front pillar blocks.
Assembly is simplicity itself, requiring only very simple soldering and trimming with a Dremmel.
The chassis may be built in a number of configurations and due to the axle height (designed for Scale tyre sizes of the time) the chassis may also be fitted with a 16G brass undertray for ballast and stability if required.
Best Guide flag for these chassis is the TSRF “replacement guide”, TSP1 @ £2.60

Precision made in aluminium with 3/32 axle hole and 4/40 grub screw fixing located in the rear brake drum detail, these wheels will accept Ninco “Classic” tyres or similar sized tyres from the Custom Tyre Factory range of Silicon and NEW Urathane rubbers.
