In addition to the vast range of products on hand, AB Slotsport also offer the following services to racers.
CHASSIS & FULL CAR BUILDING
AB Slotsport is becoming well known for building great production and G12 cars for all levels of competition in 1/32 & 1/24th scale. You will find prices for this service on the Production Car page. Additionally we have fixed prices for building our own design chassis (see 1/32 and 1/24 chassis pages for details).
All other chassis on the site may built to clients specification, please feel free to ask for a quotation.
CAN MOTOR & CAR SERVICES
Specialising in Can motor racing classes we offer the following services for our racers;-
Magnet Zapping (ceramic magnet only - in can) £1.00
Honing (honing to 510, 523, 527, 530, 535, 570). Magnets pre-set in can £1.00
Diamond Commutator Truing £1.50
Bearing (oilite and ballrace) replacement & alignment - to quotation
New Motor Pre-conditioning, comprising ;- honing to specified size, running selected motor for 30 minutes, stripping, comm true, reassemble and space, shunt brushes, run in. £4.50 ( cost of ballraces as per list if required).
Fitting of Aluminium endbells and brushgear - to quotation.
Full car servicing. - to quotation
All above services are subject to return postal costs at clients specification.
Armature Reconditioning - including ultrasonic cleaning, diamond com true, the best Dynamic Balancing, stack re-dye - £3.00 per armature + postage both ways to USA.
Custom Motor Building;- D Can, C Can or Strap motors built to clients spec. P.O.A.

CHASSIS DESIGN AND CUTTING (trade only)
AB are able to offer a top of the range o.e.m. CAD design and laser cutting service for low to high volume 0.8 and 1mm Spring steel chassis designs. For costs etc. Please enquire.
Design and build in practice. 1/32 McLaren “Scale” Spring steel chassis designed by Beardog Racing USA. Laser cut and chassis assembly by AB Slotsport.
