AB Slotsport accepts all major credit cards and also Cheques and International money transfers issued on UK Clearing Banks.

Credit card details may be faxed or phoned to the above number during office hours (9am - 5pm weekdays - UK time), or should you wish to e-mail details please ask to do this in your initial order e-mail and we will tell you how to send your details safely.

Despatch of goods;- We work on the basis that if you ordered it you would like it before you retire. All Orders are sent 1st Class post in the UK (Signed For over £50) or via Air-mail Signed For overseas, unless instructed to the contrary.

We would like to remind clients that we can take no responsibility for lost or missing parcels unless  they are insured.
For UK Inland post, recorded delivery is covered only to £28.00. Orders over this value should be sent via Special delivery (covered up to £500), the charge for this starts at approx. £4.50.
For overseas shipments Insured, Signed for Priority air mail usually costs an additional £4.30 on top of the standard Air mail Price.

Special Notice for UK Mail Order Clients;-
Due to the spectacular inefficiency of the standard inland UK postal system at this time we offer a “Split Cost” Special delivery service to clients whose orders total £50 or more. You pay half, we pay half and you get your parcel next day by 12 o’clock. Special delivery may also be requested on orders below this value, with postage charged at cost. Orders over £100 are sent split cost Special delivery automatically. All these post services include insurance.

Pricing and Quotations ;- Please note that as far as possible, we attempt to ensure that all prices published on the web-site are up to date, however, due to the current, heavy, currency fluctuations and escalating import costs, there may be times where newly arrived product prices may change. This is not desirable for any of us, but is, unfortunately outside our control.
Quotations ;- The above especially applies to quotations on “special order product”, not priced or published on the web-site. Special order quotations can, at this time, only be guaranteed for a period of 7 days from pre-payment and confirmation. Outside these limits, normal orders which are charged “on despatch” as opposed to charged on order confirmation may be subject to fluctuations in  exchange rate and possibly EU duty.   28.10.08

Please note;- Due to increasing charges made by the banking sector, we are compelled to apply a 3% surcharge to all trade and club discounted orders paid by credit card or Paypal. This is still far cheaper than bank transfer. We apologise for this, however, we need to defray a portion of our  charges.

DISCOUNTS;- Please note that Club and trade discounts are only given on orders which are paid on dispatch, either by Paypal, credit/debit card. BACS or International bank transfers.
